Buyer beware! I was very excited to buy new mattresses for my home and wanted to get really comfortable ones for myself and for family who visit. The salesman we had at the Nashua Mattress Firm was very nice and helpful, or so we thought. We paid a lot of money for two queen sets, but when they arrived ysterday they were used and damaged. We thought we were getting new items but that was never disclosed by the salesman. Now of course they don't call back when they say they will, "go on vacation", and basically don't see interested in working this out. I'm not very optimistic that they will care about customer satisfaction and work to make this right. Don't be taken for a ride by a seemingly nice, trustworthy salesman. When they say clearance, they really mean used and damaged. Go to another, more reputable store!
